Exploring the Journal Module

    The Journal Module allows you or your Care Recipient to record information such as a summary of activities, thoughts, and feelings. This is a great area to keep a log of note-worthy events for the entire Care Team to see.

    How to access the Journal Module

      1. Tap “More” on the main navigation bar
      2. Locate “Journal” under the list of modules

      1. Tap the plus icon
      2. Enter notes or messages in the text box
      3. Tap “Save” in the top right-hand corner to save your entry

      Add attachments to create detailed entries. Tapping the paperclip icon will bring up the options to attach a PDF, an image, or capture a new image.

      1. Locate the entry you would like to edit
      2. Tap the pencil icon in the right-hand corner of the entry
      3. Make your changes as needed
      4. Tap “Save” in the top right-hand corner to save your changes

      1. Locate the entry you would like to delete
      2. Tap the pencil icon in the right-hand corner of the entry
      3. Tap the “Delete” button at the bottom of the entry
      4. Tap “Yes” in the pop up to confirm this action or tap “No” to keep the journal entry

      1. Locate the entry you would like to comment on
      2. Tap the text box below the entry to type your comment

      1. Locate the comment you would like to edit
      2. Tap the the pencil icon to the right of the comment to edit
      3. Make your changes as needed

      1. Locate the comment you would like to delete
      2. Tap the trash can icon on the left
      3. Tap “Yes” in the pop up to confirm this action or tap “No” to keep the comment
