Exploring the Checklist Module

    The Checklists module allows you to create a list of items that you can mark as complete for each Care Recipient profile. Share checklists with other Care Team members such as grocery lists, to-do lists, and so much more. Easily manage your lists with the VerifyCare app.

    How to access the Checklists Module

      To access the Checklists Module, tap “More” in the main navigation bar and locate “Checklists” under the list of modules. This will take you to your checklists.

      1. Tap the plus icon on the bottom right-hand corner
      2. Select a custom icon for your Checklist by tapping on the ellipsis icon.
      3. Tap on the category names to view the icon options
      4. Select your checklist icon by tapping on the desired image
      5. Enter the name of your list by typing it into the “List Name” field
      6. Add a new item list by entering it in the “Add Item” field
      7. Tap the blue plus icon to add your item to the checklist
      8. Tap “Back” to navigate to the main Checklists screen

      1. Locate the item you would like to mark as complete
      2. Tap the box next to the item
      3. A blue checkmark will indicate that the item is complete
      4. Tapping the check icon again will remove the checkmark

      1. Locate the checklist item you would like to edit
      2. Tap the pencil icon to edit your item
      3. Tap the check icon to save

      To delete a single item:

      1. Tap on the pencil icon next to the item’s name
      2. Tap on the trash icon that will appear on the left to delete the selected items

      To delete multiple items:

      1. Tap on the “Delete Items” button
      2. A pop-up will appear with options Unchecked, Checked, or All items
      3. Select your desired option
      4. A pop-up will ask you if you would like to delete the selected items
      5. Tap “Yes” to confirm or “No” to keep the items

      1. Change the display of your Checklist items by tapping on the dropdown under “Show All”
      2. Select either Checked, Unchecked, or All items

      Viewing the items in Default order allows you to control the order of your items. Utilize the icons on the left to drag your items to the desired order. To do this:

      1. Press and hold the item you would like to move
      2. Once highlighted, drag the item to the desired location

      To change the order of the items:

      1. Tap the dropdown under Default to choose alphabetic or reverse alphabetic order

      1. Utilize the icons on the left to drag your Checklists to your desired order
      2. Press and hold the Checklist you would like to move
      3. Once highlighted, you can drag the Checklist to the desired location

      1. Locate the Checklist you would like to export
      2. Filter and sort the checklist if needed
      3. Tap the Export button in the top right-hand corner
      4. Based on your device, you will have various options to export your Checklist

      1. Locate the Checklist you would like to delete.
      2. Slide the Checklist to the left
      3. Tap the “Delete” button
      4. Tap “Yes” to confirm or “No” to keep the Checklist
