VerifyCare provides this Privacy Policy to inform you of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclose of personal information we receive from users of our website, accessible at VerifyCare.com
Information Collected
For each visitor to our Web Page, our Web server automatically recognizes only the consumer’s domain name, but not the e-mail address (where possible). We collect the IP address and possibly the domain name but not the e-mail address of visitors to our website. We also collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail as well as payment information (e.g. credit card number and billing address) that has been sent to us. The information we collect is for internal review and is then discarded. We do not sell your personal information.

This privacy policy was last updated on February 1, 2019. Our privacy policy may change from time to time for any reason. If we make any material changes to our policies, we will place a prominent notice on our website or Service. What information does the Service obtain and how is it used?
In order to provide the “Service” must collect, store, and transmit personally identifiable information (“PII”) about you, such as your name, address, phone number or email address and any other person’s “PII” that an Service user enters into the Service in the course of using the Service. Personal content used in the Service are stored on our 3rd party datacenter secure computer servers for the sole purpose of providing users with the intended use of the Service (i.e. verifying the care being provided to Service Recipients stored in the Service.
How do you handle location Data?
The Service does use data related to your geographic location but only on a temporary basis and under the control of the Service user.
Do you share personal information?
2018 Systems will not share any Service user’s “PII” with any other entity (ex. advertising companies, vendors, analytic providers, and the like) for any purpose, reason, or personal value but will internally analyze “PII” in order to: i) provide enhanced upgrades to the Service based on how the system is being used by populations; ii) promotion of Service to populations; iii) establish appropriate pricing based on usage of the Service.
In the course of providing support to Service users requesting such, employees of 2018 Systems, Inc. will have audible access to a user’s “PII”, but such access will be strictly on a “need to know” basis. All employees of 2018 Systems, Inc. with such access will be background checked and made aware of the need to maintain confidentiality of “PII” to the same degree as any healthcare worker in the healthcare public industry and will be made aware of the personal consequences of violating any confidential policies which govern their employment at 2018 Systems, Inc.
Do you comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act? (COPPA)?
Yes. We do not solicit nor gather any data from children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us.
